We offer a refund on unopened filament returned in the original packaging and in the original form of payment or an equal replacement for a faulty product. If you experience a problem with any of our filament products, customer service or shipping, please let us know. Contact our Customer Service Department (email@example.com) immediately and inform them if there is a problem with your order or delivery.
For printers, scanners and other hardware 3D-Tools.com must be notified by you within twenty-four (24) hours after receipt of all damaged products and shortages. You are responsible for the cost of freight and related expenses for any returns. The following products may not be returned:
- discontinued products, special order products and consumables
- products for which 3D-Tools.com’s manufacturers will not accept returns
- products not purchased from 3D-Tools.com
- opened products, products which require re-boxing, or products in an unsuitable resale condition, and
- products that have undergone revisions without being assigned a new part number by the manufacturer.
All returns must have the complete 3D-Tools.com Return Authorization number (RA#) prominently displayed on your shipping label in order to be received in 3D-Tools.com’s warehouses. If the RA# is not visible, your shipment may be refused. DO NOT place shipping labels or write RA#s on the outside of the manufacturers’ boxes, since products must be in a resalable condition in order for you to receive credit for the return. You must re-box all returns in appropriate shipping cartons and all original packaging must be returned with the product.
Returns are usually for replacement only. If replacement credit is issued by 3D-Tools.com, the credit will be issued at the original purchase price or current selling price, whichever is lower. All non-defective returns are subject to a twenty five percent (25%) restocking fee. 3D-Tools.com reserves the right to require you to return the defective products directly to the manufacturer for replacement.
CONTACT THE 3D-Tools.com CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT 1-866-567-5804 FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. ALL RETURN AUTHORIZATIONS EXPIRE THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER ISSUANCE BY 3D-Tools.COM.
All returns must be made within 15 days of the invoice date. A return authorization number and return shipping labels must be received on all returns. Delivery will be refused on any returns we receive that do not have a return authorization label affixed to the carton. A return request may be obtained by contacting our Customer Service Department by phone or e-mail. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
